Some people say not to install FSX.SE into the default location, but I never had an issue with FSX and FSX.SE working in 10 plus years that I used it by installing either sim in the default location chosen by the installer. A version of the EMBSeries as well as a rendition of the WaterConstants.xml. I would definitely uninstall all your addons and FSX.SE and then just reinstall FSX.SX only. I think you mentioned in your previous post that you that you had no Flight Simulator X Files folder in your documents folder and this is where the logbook.bin file is located. This was usually caused by trying make changes to the logbook using FSX and not an external logbook editor. The only time I had this issue was when the logbook.bin file got damaged.
